Class Terms

REGULAR PLANS

  1. Students get a fixed weekly slot.
  2. The classes cannot be carried forward to the following term/package.
  3. Fees to be paid in advance to enable you to reserve your class.
  4. The classes must be completed within the validity period or the pending classes lapse.
  5. Regular Plans start from AED 590 for 4 private classes.

FLEXI PLAN

  1. There is no fixed slot. Please contact us a day or two in advance to book a class.
  2. The Flexi Plan consists of 4 private lessons that is valid for 6 months.
  3. We try our best to book your class with the same teacher.
  4. Fees to be paid in advance to enable you to reserve a class.
  5. Flexi Plan is AED 650 for 4 private classes.

MAKE UP CLASSES / RESCHEDULING

  1. A minimum 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling a class else it will be charged.
  2. Please check with us for make-up class availability as they cannot be carried forward to the next month/term.
  3. Make-up classes are arranged based on availability and are to be cleared within the validity of the plan.
  4. If the last class of the plan is being rescheduled, then the make-up class should be completed within the following 1 week.
  5. In the case where Teacher is absent or for Public Holidays, then make-up class options will be provided by the institute.

FEES

  1. You can enroll for class at any time of the year.
  2. Fees to be cleared in advance to confirm your class slots.
  3. For flexible schedules, opt in for Flexi Plan where you choose the date/time for every class to suit your schedule.
  4. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable (with the exception for siblings/partners who are both enrolled).

FREEZING CLASSES/HOLIDAYS

  1. You can freeze your class for any 1 calendar month – July or August.
  2. A minimum 2-week notice is required to freeze classes in the upcoming month.
  3. During TDC Holidays/Public Holidays, no lessons will be offered.

TERMINATIONS / CANCELLATIONS

  1. Students who wish to terminate their regular lessons must submit their notice of termination with a minimum 2-week notice.
  2. There will be no refund for lessons unattended should the student decide to stop before the month or term ends. Any outstanding fee differences will be forfeited accordingly in such a situation.
  3. A student will forfeit his fixed class slot if they miss class for 2 consecutive classes.
  4. We have the right to terminate the enrollment of a student in an event that the student is uncontactable (through calls, WhatsApp, email) for 2 consecutive weeks.

OTHER TERMS

  1. Lesson fees will be subjected to change based on the level, course and time slot that you are attending lessons at The Drum Camp (TDC).
  2. TDC reserves the right to change course schedules, modify course fees, change drum educators and accept/reject students.
